SunSense Tips  from the Canadian Cancer Society; 

1. cover up with loose clothing and a wide brimmed hat 
2. wear sunglasses with UVA/UVB protection 
3. use sunscreen with broad-spectrum SPF15 or higher, water resistant when required & apply generously at least 20 minutes befor going outside
