Care for your Swimsuit

You spent a lot of time and effort finding the perfect swimsuit.  To keep it looking like new, for as long as possible, you should follow these few simple steps ...

be kind 

• after each use, rinse your suit in cool water and a swimsuit cleaner
• let your suit dry naturally, out of the sun ... never use a dryer
• gently squeeze out the excess water, never store it in a towel or plastic bag 

 be careful

• hot tubs and swimming pools  with excessive chlorine will wear your suit out quickly
• chemicals found in sun tan lotions or polluted waters will ruin the spandex in the fabric and shorten the life of your suit
• other harmful activities are machine washing, using a clothes dryer, bleaching or spot cleaning
• many laundry detergents are harmful to the delicate fibers of your suit

• rinse your suit in cool water with a swimsuit cleaner such as SwimMate
